We Just Weren't Clicking

After returning from a four day cattle camp in beautiful Montana where we were able to improve on our cattle handling I went to Roy's for a lesson on sheep.  I don't know if it was that timing is different on the cattle than sheep, or if we where tired, or the stars where not aligned right but we just weren't clicking today.  My timing was slow on every move.  Rave worked hard but didn't take my small flanks on the drive.  Probably not to surprising after working cattle and freeing things up over the previous 4 days.  I have one more day I can practice before I take off for Washington and the Black Sheep trial.  It will be interesting to see how it goes.
